Life can get extremely overwhelming, it can be difficult to organize your life! There is so much to balance between work, school, and business.
We are always looking for ways to balance time between everything that we need to give attention to.
When you have a dream you want to achieve it seems like you have so much on your plate that it has to get put on the back burner!
When you have a long-term goal that you’re aiming to achieve, you need to make sure you’re doing something every single day to get closer to it.
Setting a schedule and following a routine are so important.
Time management will help you achieve all of the goals you set for the day while also actively working towards your dreams.
Luckily, there are so many things you can do to make it as easy as possible. Here are simple yet effective ways to organize your busy life that will take the weight off of your back.
WAYS TO ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE
1. Organize Your Life With Planners
Planners are so important to have when you want to organize your life!
It makes seeing the overview of your monthly and yearly goals easy.

My suggestion is to create yearly goals for yourself first and then use that to help you structure your monthly goals.
Your monthly goals should be tasks you do to work up to your end goal.
What are the goals you want to achieve before the year ends? Take those goals and break them down into achievable steps.
For example, you want to lose 24 pounds this year. 24 divided by 12 (12 months in a year), is 2.
You can step toward a goal of losing 2 pounds in one month. This method is my favorite because it keeps me on the right track monthly, and ultimately daily.

Alarms are a great way to organize your busy life. You can set your alarms to remind you to wake up, work out, eating schedules, or appointments.
You can also make an alarm for when you will start & finish projects within the day. Setting an alarm can easily be done on your device!
How to set and manage alarms on your iPhone
- Open the Clock app, then tap the Alarm tab.
- Tap.
- Set a time for the alarm. You can also choose one of these options: Repeat: Tap to set up a recurring alarm. Label: Tap to name your alarm. Sound: Tap to pick a sound that plays when the alarm sounds.
- Tap Save.
How to set and manage alarms on your Android
- Open your phone’s Clock app.
- At the bottom, tap Alarm.
- Pick an alarm. To add an alarm, tap Add. To reset an alarm, tap its current time.
- Set the alarm time.
- Tap OK.
5. Make 3 Most Important Tasks
Focusing on finishing your 3 most important tasks of the day can keep you on track.
I like to list everything I have to do within the day, and then highlight the 3 that are most important.
Usually, the most important tasks of my day are the hardest to finish.
So getting them out of the way early in the day will make room for more tasks with less effort to get finished.
6. Work In A Clean Environment
When you work in a clean environment it is easier to focus on the tasks at hand.
Having a clutter-free work area makes mobility and focus easier.
There are many benefits to working in a clean environment such as it prevents illness and sickness, it’s good for employee wellbeing, and increases productivity.
So make sure you prioritize tidying up your workspace to work at your maximum potential!
7. Value Consistency
Doing something for your goals once every week is better than doing nothing.
Consistency is truly the key to success. You will not achieve your big dreams overnight.
It will take you months, and even years to get to where you dream of. Enjoy the journey of working towards your goals.
It will teach you self-discipline and control, but also there is so much you can appreciate within the process of success.
Most successful people are not much different from the average person.
The only thing that sets them apart is their discipline.
Consistency is a habit you can form by holding yourself accountable every day.
Passion will ignite your dream, but consistency will keep it going!
There are so many ways to organize your busy life, but I’ve listed the ones that have helped me the most!
It can feel draining working hard every day and not seeing immediate results!
